As design director one of the challenges was to explain a complex product to different audiences: agency partners, investors, sales team, and everyday customers. Right before I was hired, Signpost went through a significant rebrand. As part of that process, Signpost personified their AI-driven smart CRM naming her Mia.
I worked to update existing assets visually, but we also fundamentally changed how we marketed the product by breaking it down into capture and engage. One of the most significant projects I worked on was creating a diagram to explain how Mia works. This was the basis of a new product page on the main website.
